> How do I place an order?
Placing an order at Famous Brands Direct International (FBD) is an easy
three step process.
Step 1: Make a Selection
First, select the products you have interest in and submit the order form.
We’ll respond back with an invoice within 24 hours along with payment
information.
Step 2: Confirm & Pay
If the products and quantity ordered is confirmed, you can either go to
your local bank or any Western Union (www.westernunion.com) agent to
submit payment.
Step 3: Delivery
Once payment is received, your items will immediately be sent out and you
will receive delivery in one week, depending on the shipping method
chosen.
> What is MOQ? Can I purchase one item?
MOQ stands for ‘Minimum Order Quantity.’ We do not allow our customers to
purchase items below the required MOQ. The reason is that our factory
network does not allow us to purchase individual items, as it is
economically unfeasible from their standpoint.
> How do I know I’ll receive the products ordered?
We pride ourselves in providing the best quality merchandise at the lowest
prices.
First time customers may feel uncertain submitting payment via wire
transfer or Western Union. For that reason, even with our low prices, we
also have low minimum order quantity requirements. Our goal is to build
your trust and satisfaction step-by-step to become your one stop shop for
everything you need. Long term customers’ further benefit with even lower
prices based on larger quantities. Our top priority is to have satisfied
new customers return and recommend our services to their colleagues.
